Senior Director of Data Technology

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Data Technology to lead the engineering and infrastructure of their Data & BI organization. Key Responsibilities Lead the strategy, development, and operations of the cloud data platform, ensuring performance, reliability, and cost efficiency Oversee the design and delivery of scalable data ingestion and transformation pipelines, including third-party integrations Partner with analytics leadership to ensure high-quality insights and self-serve analytics across the enterprise Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; master's degree preferred 12+ years of experience in data engineering or related technical disciplines 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing engineering teams Deep expertise in cloud-native data platforms, particularly Snowflake Strong knowledge of data modeling, ELT/ETL patterns, and data observability frameworks
