Job Title: Marketing Data and Systems Analyst
Location: Owings Mills, MD
Duration: 6 – 9 months
Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm; hybrid – three days in office (Tuesday & Wednesday required, choose your third day) and two days’ work from home.
Collects data and assists with analyses to support work that helps provide business insight to enable strategic business decisions. Under supervision, gathers and organizes product/services data, user stories, and features to support prioritization of product backlog; may perform basic analyses on collected information to inform the development of enablement tools/tactics.

Responsibilities:
System Administration- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels within Seismic, Adobe Workfront and AEM Assets
Adds and removes users from platform.
Metadata Management - Oversee taxonomy and metadata tagging of content in Seismic and DAM (AEM Assets)
Bulk tag updates within Seismic Library
Additions /Removals of new tags
Analysis on tag utilization and recommends opportunities for tag consolidation.
Workflow Optimization- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze workflows and optimize processes within Adobe Workfront for efficiency and effectiveness.
Document Management – Adds documents to Seismic Application
Uploading and Publish documents shared by shared services.
Customization- Customize Seismic LiveDocs and Adobe Workfront by creating custom fields (variables), forms, templates, and reports to meet specific business requirements.
Create new shared tables (copy from existing, and modify for new needs)
Create new data variables
Modify existing variables for changes (i.e. benchmark changes)
Modify variable format+
Modify Seismic Profiles (govern and update rules, test, and publish)
Security and Compliance- Ensure the security and compliance of Seismic and Adobe Workfront by implementing best practices for data protection and user access control.
Adds new user groups
Completes user audits against gold source for proper organization, group assignments and access.
Documentation- Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and best practices related to Seismic and Adobe Workfront administration.
Continuous Improvement- Stay updated on new features and updates released by Seismic and Adobe Workfront and identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the platform.
Data Intelligence – Contributes research and analyses related to data management processes such as the creation, consumption, assimilation, and/or destruction of data. Adheres to controls and is accountable for assigned project goal.
Create process to define scope of existing dashboards, collect requirements from stakeholders, recommend future dashboard design based on requirements.

Required:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Strong understanding of the marketing.
Desired:
Experience with Adobe Workfront, AEM Assets, or Seismic.
Experience with semantic concepts (Taxonomies and Ontologies)
Process improvement experience
Agile framework / Scrum experience
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $54.00 per hour
