LPN or MA - Full Time - Port Charlotte
My Health Onsite manages employer sponsored health & wellness centers. Our medical team takes time to build strong relationships. No one is rushed in and out, and no one is a "number." Patients may access a range of medical services including x-ray, an onsite pharmacy, wellness services, treatment for acute illnesses and chronic conditions. Our programs go beyond caring for the sick and injured - we make prevention our number one goal. Schedule: Monday through Thursday: 8am-7pm Friday: 8am-6pm Rotating Saturdays: once every 8 weeks: 8am-4pm Schedule Example: Monday : 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 10 hours Tuesday : Off Wednesday : 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 10 hours Thursday : 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 10 hours Friday : 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 9 hours For the second schedule, it is the same pattern except the weekday off is Wednesday instead of Tuesday: Monday : 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 10 hours Tuesday : 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 10 hours Wednesday : Off Thursday : 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 10 hours Friday : 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 9 hours Essential Responsibilities Welcome patients and escort to exam room Obtain and record vital signs (BP, heart rate, pulse oximetry, height, weight, waist circumference) Provide information and assistance to patients Perform blood draws, administer injections/vaccinations, and input medical information into EMR Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations; keep rooms neat, clean and well stocked Maintain patient confidence and ensure confidentiality of patient care information Assist the physician and medical staff with procedures and treatments Complete and document daily equipment checks and calibration Minimum Qualifications One year of recent clinical experience, preferably in primary or urgent care setting BLS Certification Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401k with Company Match Generous Paid Time Off & Holidays License and Certification Reimbursement My Health Onsite is an equal opportunity employer and a drug free workplace.
