This role is ideal for someone who is motivated by goals, comfortable starting conversations, and interested in growing a long-term career in insurance and financial services.ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound prospecting by phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person outreachQualify inbound leads and schedule appointments for account managersResearch target accounts and develop tailored outreach strategiesMaintain accurate records in the CRMParticipate in community networking eventsMeet weekly and monthly lead generation targetsCollaborate closely with the sales and marketing teamsQualificationsNo prior insurance experience required; sales aptitude and drive are keyStrong verbal and written communication skillsSelf-starter with the ability to manage a large prospect listWillingness to obtain insurance licensesCompetitive spirit with a team-player attitudeComfortable making outbound calls and engaging with prospective customersCompensation$50,000 - $100,000 Base Salary + Commissions + BonusesCompensation includes a performance-based commission structure.
