Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager, based in Cheyenne, WY. The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, ensure the smooth functioning of office processes, and support the team in achieving organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, coordinating office resources, supervising office equipment, and providing exceptional customer service. The Office Manager will also act as a key communication point for internal teams and external partners. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, partners, and team members.Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to manage day-to-day office tasks efficiently.Knowledge and ability to operate and troubleshoot a variety of Office Equipment, such as computers, printers, and copiers.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to maintain a well-functioning and productive office environment.Previous experience in office management or a related role is preferred.Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in office administration, business management, or a related field is a plus.
