Comprehensive health, dental, & vision insurance plans 3 weeks PTO Paid holidays Paid sick leave 401(k) company match And more Job Details Responsibilities: Support the development of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts Build and maintain financial models to assess and project performance Analyze variances to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities Gather and interpret financial data from multiple sources Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver insights and recommendations Create presentations and visual reports for leadership and stakeholders Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities Track performance metrics including OKRs and recommend optimization strategies Handle ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field At least 1 year of relevant experience Effective written and verbal communication abilities Experience with MRI software is a plus Background in investment banking or public accounting is a plus Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Snowflake is a plus Real estate industry experience is a plus Interested in hearing more?
