Contracts Attorney

SUMMARY: We are looking to bring on one or two attorneys with experience in contracts, particularly with service contracts, to assist our client in onboarding of a CLM into Ironclad. CLM is necessary, but this is NOT a comprehensive contract review or revision process. It is more aligned with document review. RESPONSIBILITY: Upload current USIC contracts to Ironclad Confirm that key contract clauses and data are being accurately identified and captured by the Ironclad AI tool. SPECIFICS: Engagement will cover approximately 3,000 contracts over a period of 2 to 2.5 months 40 hour work weeks. Given the nature of the work, we believe individuals with relevant contract experience would be well-suited for the task. Job Type: Temporary Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
