This position is geared toward drivers who enjoy steady miles, consistent freight, and a structured over-the-road schedule. The reefer division runs nationwide, with most lanes focused through the Midwest, South, and Southeast. Drivers typically stay out around two weeks at a time to keep wheels turning and maximize earnings.
The fleet places a big focus on professionalism, reliable support, and giving drivers tools to succeed on the road. Communication is straightforward, dispatch is flexible with trip planning, and freight volume stays strong year-round.
