This role is responsible for overseeing multiple active projects and providing direct leadership to a team of three Project Managers.This position carries real authority and accountability. The expectation is not just project execution, but consistency, leadership, and decision-making across the portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee multiple concurrent projects from preconstruction handoff through close-outLead, mentor, and hold accountable a team of three Project ManagersMaintain control of project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and change managementServe as the senior escalation point for project risks, scope conflicts, and client issuesEnsure consistent execution standards across all project teamsMaintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and consultantsPartner with the VP of Construction on staffing plans, workload balancing, and operational improvementsPromote safety, quality, and professionalism across all job sitesWhat This Role Requires10+ years of experience managing complex commercial construction projectsDemonstrated success overseeing multiple projects simultaneouslyPrior experience leading or mentoring Project ManagersStrong financial and operational judgmentExperience with design-build and negotiated work preferredAbility to operate with autonomy and minimal executive oversightCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $175,000 – $200,000Annual performance bonus$800/month car allowance100% employee healthcare coverage401(k) with company match20 days PTO
