Molding Operator (1st Shift)

This molding operator position is responsible for operating injection molding machinery and producing quality parts. The role includes operating machinery, inspecting parts for defects, and preparing parts by de-gating, trimming, and basic assembly. The operator must be able to detect defects and maintain a stationary position for up to two hours.
