Students must be enrolled at least half-time in an accredited trade school, technical/vocational institute, junior college, college, university, or other accredited educational institution. With this project, you'll support a genotyping and animal health based project. QualificationsApplicants will be considered based on their knowledge, skills or abilities related to project needs. Specifically, applicants should demonstrate: Working with aseptic techniques Using laboratory safety principles Documenting information using Microsoft Office software Major DutiesThe duties of this internship may include, but are not limited to:Establish a system for identifying, organizing and managing reagents for Scrapie genotypingAliquot materials using sterile techniquesWork with principles of genotyping various ovine and caprine samplesApply quality assurance techniques in a laboratory setting Position Start Date:05/20/2026 Position Close Date:05/27/2026 Salary Offered: 0 - 0 USD Without CompensationYou can make a difference!
