Job Title: Project ManagerLocation: Statesboro, GASalary Rate: $120,000 - $170,000Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled, experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception through completion. The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects in multi-family or student housing projects. If that sounds like you, please apply.ResponsibilitiesLead the full project lifecycle from preconstruction handoff through closeout, including planning, scheduling, procurement, staffing, and resource allocation.Coordinate with architects, engineers, owners, and consultants to ensure accurate execution of contract documents and resolve constructability issues or scope gaps.Manage project budgets, cost forecasting, financial risk, and change management while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule integrity.Oversee subcontractor performance, guide project engineers, and partner with field leadership to align site execution with project controls.Own the project schedule, monitor sequencing and trade coordination, enforce quality standards, and proactively mitigate risks.Serve as the primary stakeholder contact, lead owner meetings, provide clear updates, and maintain accurate documentation in project management platforms.Drive project closeout, including punch list completion, turnover documentation, warranties, training, and final acceptance.Deliver results aligned with key performance indicators, including schedule adherence, budget accuracy, subcontractor accountability, client satisfaction, and timely closeout.Qualifications2+ years of construction project management experience managing multifamily and/or student housing projects.Demonstrated success delivering unit-based residential projects with aggressive schedules and complex trade coordination.Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, procurement, permitting, and risk management.Proficiency with Procore, scheduling tools (MS Project or similar), and Microsoft Office.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field preferred.Experience in preconstruction, scope development, estimating, or delivering projects in occupied or schedule-sensitive environments is beneficial.
