*TEMP-TO-HIRE (FULL TIME)* Pay: * 1st Shift: $20.00/hr * 2nd Shift: $20.50/hr Schedule: * 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM * 2nd Shift: 3:30PM-12:00AM About the Role We are looking for reliable Forklift Operators to join our fast-paced warehouse team in Compton. This is a high-volume environment where accuracy, speed, and teamwork are essential. While the primary focus is operating a clamp forklift, the role also includes occasional pallet breakdown and other warehouse support tasks. *Available Forklift:* * Clamp Forklift * Sit down forklift * Electric pallet jack * Stand Up Reach What You’ll Do * Operate a forklift safely and efficiently in a high-pace setting * Load, unload, and move product with high accuracy and attention to detail * Perform occasional pallet breakdown as needed * Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals * Maintain a clean and organized work area What We’re Looking For * 2+ years of forklift experience (clamp experience preferred) * Basic math skills * Strong communication skills * Proven team player * Excellent attendance record * High accuracy and attention to detail * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Requirements * Must pass E-Verify and drug test screening * Ability to work the assigned shift consistently Competitive hourly pay with shift differential and steady hours.
