Electrical Maintenance Specialist
BASIC JOB FUNCTIONS:
Job responsibilities to include Electrical/Electronic Maintenance of all manufacturing equipment, from troubleshooting, repair, and maintaining through a standardized Work Order/PM System to achieve optimum performance and production
SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete work orders and PM's as assigned
Troubleshoot and correct Electrical/Electronic problems to include PLC programming and diagnostics on machines and manufacturing equipment
Support manufacturing to minimize equipment downtime
Assist in installing, upgrading, modifying, and relocating machines and equipment
Perform basic mechanical tasks
Work with Supervisor and Parts Cage Attendant on maintaining spare parts and make suggestions on stock levels depending on work/usage requirements
Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays and overtime as required
The associate shall perform any task as assigned by Supervisor and will be expected to assist other associates to perform their duties as time is available and/or when assistance is needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma
Associates Degree or Equivalent training
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 4 years of experience in Electrical Maintenance to include PLC
Basic mechanical maintenance knowledge
Communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
