This position is contingent upon contract award.Supervisory Responsibilities: N/APrincipal Duties and Responsibilities: Interpret and apply regulatory requirements (INA, 20 CFR 655 & 656)Provide guidance on complex case reviews, audits, and appealsSupport integrity reviews, employer verification, and compliance checksDevelop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process improvementsAdvise leadership on policy changes and operational impactsAssist with training and mentoring staffReview high-risk or escalated cases and provide recommendations to Certifying OfficersRequired Experience, Skills and Abilities: 7+ years experience in immigration/labor certification or similar regulatory programsDemonstrated expertise in case adjudication processesEducation and Other Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)Due to federal contract requirements, this position is restricted to U.S. citizens with eligibility for a suitability clearanceClean background checkPreferred Qualifications: Master's degree preferredExperience supporting federal programs (DOL, DHS, USCIS)Strong analytical and regulatory interpretation skillsPhysical DemandsPrimarily sedentary office work.Position Environment, Type & Hours of WorkFull-time, exempt, at client site located in Washington, DC, with potential for some hybrid work; standard business hours.TravelNo travel is expected with this position.CLOVEHITCH is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
