Assistant Restaurant Manager
Job Description: Assistant Floor Manager Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience (prior management/supervisory experience is required). Tech Stack: Proficiency with Toast POS and MS Office (Word/Excel) is required. Must be capable of learning 7shifts scheduling and Tock reservation systems. Physical & Availability Demands: Open availability for nights and weekends. Ability to stand for long hours and safely lift upwards of 40 lb without physical issue. Core Duties: Supervise staff during meal shifts, provide floor support to ensure top-quality guest experiences, and resolve guest complaints. Handle front-of-house logistics including phones, reservations, takeout orders, and gathering initial intake information for private bistro events.
