CNC Swiss Machine Operator- 1st ShiftWhat will you be responsible/accountable for in this role?Machine Set-Up/Operator-CNC Swiss Screw Machines (Tsugami or Citizens). Requires set-up and operation of more than one multi-axis machine. Will produce high quality components to customer's specification.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMakes offset changes, tooling changes, and adjustments during production runs to ensure quality requirements are met.Responsible for machining process development including, CNC programs, tool/setup sheets and operations developmentPerforms in-process inspectionVerifies documentation and accuracy of completed operationsAccountable for meeting cycle time and yield expectationsPerforms general maintenance and troubleshooting during CNC machine operation.Runs one or more machines simultaneously based on production needsMaintains a clean and safe work environment.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)High School diploma or equivalentDemonstrated experience as a CNC MachinistPrior experience operating CNC Swiss-style equipment.
