Overtime is paid for hours worked over 40 per week. The position guarantees 84 hours per rotation, with estimated annualized base compensation starting at approximately $120,000+, before additional overtime pay, overnight and travel compensation, and benefits.Benefits:Major holidays will rotate annually between the two ROTA nannies. When a major holiday is worked, compensation will be paid at 1.5x the regular rate.
