Requirements:7+ years of full-time nanny experience with relevant age groupsLegally permitted to work in the U.S.2-3 relevant referencesAble to travel domestically and internationallyLocal to NYC and resides within a reasonable commuting distance from SohoPrior experience working with high-net-worth families preferredWorking knowledge of the Montessori method and Early Childhood Education is preferredCompensation: Approximately $44/hour gross, depending on experience, credentials, flexibility, and overall fit. Overtime is paid for hours worked over 40 per week. The position guarantees 84 hours per rotation, with estimated annualized base compensation starting at approximately $120,000+, before additional overtime pay, overnight and travel compensation, and benefits.Benefits:Major holidays will rotate annually between the two ROTA nannies. When a major holiday is worked, compensation will be paid at 1.5x the regular rate.
