You'll support 3-4 attorneys and paralegals as needed, helping keep everything running smoothly day to day.What You'll DoSupport 3-4 attorneys and paralegals with day-to-day operationsAct as a primary point of contact, managing workflow and coordinating across internal teamsPrepare, revise, and proofread legal documents, including pleadings and e-filings, with high accuracyHandle calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangementsAssist with client billing, including billing letters and budget trackingProcess new client/matter intake, conflict checks, and file setupManage incoming/outgoing mail and ensure all documentation is completeMaintain attorney contacts, CLE tracking, and general admin supportCollaborate with a team, assist with overflow work, and participate in team meetingsUse internal systems to track and manage assignmentsMaintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactionsThrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlinesWhat We're Looking For3-5 years of legal support experience with a focus on Commercial Litigation (required)Strong communication and client service skillsExcellent grammar, proofreading, and attention to detailHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressureAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamTyping speed of 60+ WPMProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe AcrobatE-filing experience requiredNice to HaveAssociate degree preferredTranscription experienceExperience supporting high-volume litigation practicesStrong process and information management skillsIf you're looking for a role where you can stay busy, be trusted, and work closely with experienced litigators, this is a great next step.Apply now if you're ready to make an immediate impact.This description reflects the general content and requirements of the role and is not intended to be an exhaustive list of responsibilities.
