The Title Processor will be responsible for processing title orders, verifying property ownership, and coordinating with all stakeholders to ensure smooth real estate closings. The role involves preparing documents, managing escrow transactions, reviewing titles for any discrepancies, and providing support to clients throughout the title and escrow process. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholdersKnowledge and experience in Notary and Escrow processesBasic knowledge in Accounting to manage relevant financial aspects of the transactionsHigh attention to detail and organizational abilitiesProficiency in working with title software is a plusUnderstanding of real estate laws and property documentation requirements is preferredAbility to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications related to title or escrow work are advantageous
