You will play a crucial role in creating a nurturing atmosphere where individuals can develop essential life skills, foster meaningful connections, and achieve personal goals. Responsibilities: Provide direct care and support to individuals. Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, and medication administration. Foster a positive and inclusive environment. Plan engaging activities. Implement individualized care plans and behavior support plans. Collaborate with a team of DSPs, supervisors, and other staff members. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided. Plan and participate in community outings. Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets the underwriting criteria of the agency’s insurance company. Must have reliable transportation with the ability to arrive to work on time every day. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Obtain/maintain CPR/First Aid certification.
