What will you do?Monitor and maintain bar and restaurant cost of sales Research and implement new beverage products that will elevate guest service and satisfaction Hire, train, and lead team members, providing feedback on their job responsibilities Coordinate alcohol compliance and quality standards, handle guest relations, and monitor adherence to quality assurance standards Assist with inventory checks and end-of-month financial reporting More about youA minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in a similar role Excellent verbal, written, organizational and time-management skills Must be able to work flexible hours to include night, weekends, and holidays Must be willing to obtain an Arkansas Gaming License Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a hospitality role Physical requirementsAbility to remain standing for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Shift detailsEvenings Every weekend HolidaysWho we areSouthland Casino Hotel, owned and operated by Delaware North, features more than 2200 slot machines, live blackjack, craps, and roulette tables, simulcast wagering, and sportsbook.
