The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic oversight, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering cross-functional alignment to meet production goals, quality standards, and business performance targets. This role is pivotal in the company's mission to bring innovative, personalized immunotherapy solutions to life, and the VP will be at the forefront of this transformation, leading large-scale operational initiatives in a regulated environment.Key responsibilities for the Vice President, Site Operations include managing technical operations across commercial manufacturing sites and contracted partners, leading EHS&S teams, and ensuring compliance with cGMP requirements. The role demands a strong background in cGMP-compliant manufacturing, with a focus on ADC programs, and a proven track record in managing operational metrics, performance improvements, and departmental budgets. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree strongly preferred, and 10-15 years' experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry. Leadership experience, particularly in managing cross-functional teams and multi-site operations, is essential, as is a deep understanding of cGMPs, aseptic processing, quality systems, and environmental health and safety regulations.
