This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to work on sophisticated business-side matters in a collaborative, high-performing environment.What You'll Work On• Commercial real estate matters• Construction-related disputes and contracts• Business litigation tied to real estate/construction issues• Client counseling and strategic case management• Drafting motions, agreements, pleadings, and legal analysisWhat They're Looking For• Experience in business-side real estate law and/or construction law• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills• Ability to manage cases and work directly with clients• California Bar admission in good standing• Prior law firm experience preferredSalary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 – $220,000 annually.
