Position: Ruby on Rails Developer

Location: Elk Grove (Sacramento), CA – Preferred | Sunnyvale, CA | Austin, TX

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week

Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Ruby on Rails to design, develop, maintain, and enhance scalable applications. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Ruby on Rails. Build scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions. Troubleshoot issues, debug applications, and optimize performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and software development activities. Follow engineering best practices and maintain high standards of code quality. Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. Required SkillsRuby on Rails: Mandatory, with strong hands-on development experience.

Experience: 5+ years of relevant software development experience. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with Java. Experience with GoLang.

Additional Requirements: Must be available to work in a hybrid arrangement, onsite 3 days per week.
