Position Overview:
A dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our Marketing and Communications team responsible for all internal and external communications. This vital role will have a direct impact on our brand, ensuring the world knows who we are, what we stand for, and why our services are unparalleled.
Work with the Vice President of Agency Growth and the Chief Visionary Officer to develop and implement a comprehensive and cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness, organizational growth, and recruitment numbers.
The Senior Marketing Manager will play a critical role in showcasing our business opportunity and organizational value while guiding our communication about events, resources, tools, and incentives, and providing marketing support with brand packaging for our strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee Internal and External Brand Communication for:
Events: Communicate all company events, ensuring relevant information is disseminated to the appropriate audiences.
Promotions: Manage the communication of promotions, collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to maximize reach and effectiveness.
Technology: Provide clear communication regarding technology updates, implementations, and best practices.
Resources: Distribute information related to company resources, ensuring accessibility and understanding across the organization.
Carrier Information: Handle communication regarding carrier information, liaising with relevant departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
2. Manage and lead the Design, Creation, Development, and Management of Owned Assets including :
Websites: Manage the design and development of company websites, ensuring user-friendly experiences and alignment with brand guidelines.
Social Media: Develop social media strategies, create content, monitor performance with platform algorithms to maximize reach and engage our audiences to build brand awareness.
Email: Oversee the design and execution of email campaigns
Print: Lead the creation of print materials, ensuring professional quality and consistency with brand standards.
Form Creation: Manage the development of registration and payment forms, ensuring a smooth and secure user experience.
3. Own Communication Projects and Interdepartmental Demands:
Coordinate and prioritize communication processes and projects, working closely with other departments to align messaging and meet deadlines.
Balance demands from various departments, serving as a communication bridge to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
4. Team Management:
Manage and mentor the design team and media producer by fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Supervise the communications project assistant, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient project management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or advertising/PR, with a proven track record in leadership.
Experience in Social Media Management or Community Management is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
Quantitative proficiency in email, digital and search marketing.

Pay: $68,480.00 - $72,600.00 per year
