Target Background
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Electrical, or related discipline); Master's degree is a plus
- 10+ years of engineering experience with at least 5 years in engineering leadership within pipelines, terminals, refined products, fuel logistics, or related energy infrastructure
- Proven experience managing capital projects and engineering execution for midstream or downstream infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of pipeline, terminal, storage, and fuel handling systems
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional engineering teams in growth or infrastructure expansion environments
- Experience developing engineering standards, project controls, and technical governance processes
Pay: $185,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
