In this role, you will provide HR support to enable NVIDIA to achieve success. You’ll partner with a cross-functional group of subject matter experts to craft and complete strategies for staffing, onboarding, development, empowerment, retention, and prioritization of work. Your ability to function in a fast-paced, innovative environment, along with excellent interpersonal, project planning, and critical thinking skills, will be key to your success.What You'll Be DoingYour day-to-day responsibilities will include providing detailed, practical, and valuable support, such as:-Collaborating with Senior HR leaders to support the GPU Software businessPartnering closely with managers and leaders to support day-to-day HR needsRunning HR metrics and analytics, including monitoring business unit-specific goals and collaborating with the HR Reporting team on tailored requests and automationSupporting leaders through the performance management processProviding support on activities such as mobility, immigration, hiring, engagement, and retentionSupporting the rollout of the annual review cycles process, providing insights and analysis of manager decisionsOffering compensation processes support as needed, including salary planning, approval of salary actions, relocations, promotions, and job re-levelingAssist with coordinating and implementing employee and manager development programsCommunicating insights from the employee surveys and collaborating with leaders on action planning and follow-throughMaintaining accurate HR data and managing employee transactions in HR systems with a high level of integrity and timelinessLeveraging AI tools and technology to improve HR processes, reporting, and overall operational efficiencyWhat We Need To SeeWe are looking for HR Business Partners to work closely with high-performing HR team to plan and deliver groundbreaking HR support.Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred, or equivalent experience4+ years of Human Resources client-facing or relevant experienceOutstanding analytical problem-solving skills with passion for data integrity, process definition, and continuous learningStrong business insight and understanding of cross-functional workKnowledge and experience in compensation strategies and practicesExperience in organization assessment, planning, and development; change management experience is a plusSolid understanding in three or more of the following areas: immigration, recruiting, learning & development, performance management, compensation, mobilityProficiency in Microsoft Office and Workday/HRIS systems, with advanced knowledge in ExcelDemonstrated program and project management skillsWays To Stand Out From The CrowdAbility to develop effective relationships across all levels and with diverse client groups in a fast-paced, global environmentCustomer-focused and responsive with a high sense of urgency, business curiosity, and ability to operate in a rapidly changing environmentAbility to navigate in an ambiguous, dynamic global environmentCapable of excelling in an ambiguous, yet creative and collaborative work environmentFlexible and able to adapt quickly to different interpersonal cultures and various styles of interaction to be influential in each situationWith competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, NVIDIA is widely considered to be a highly desirable employer.
