We are a 100% privately owned, surgeon‑led, multi‑location practice offering the full scope of OMS. With five established locations (Alexandria, Burke, Centreville, Reston, and Woodbridge), a strong referral base, and modern infrastructure, our surgeons operate at a high level with full support and zero administrative friction.
We are actively seeking an experienced oral surgeon — especially those currently in DSO or corporate‑backed environments — who is looking to regain control of their practice, increase income potential, and build real equity.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Guarantee (Year 1): $400,000 guaranteed
Production Model (Year 2+): high‑percentage, collection‑based compensation
Realistic Earnings: $600,000–$1M+
No collection caps or hidden thresholds

Strong surgical volume and implant case flow from day one

Continuing Education: $5,000 annual CE/CME allowance
