AWS Cloud Engineer / Amazon Connect Specialist

We are seeking a skilled AWS Cloud Engineer with hands-on experience in Amazon Connect and cloud architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based solutions, with a focus on automation and scalable infrastructure.This is a long term Contract and 100% onsite.Candidate MUST be open to W2 employment.Must-Have Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fieldMore than 8 years of relevant experienceAWS certifications (preferred) Strong problem-solving and communication skillsStrong experience with Amazon Connect Solid understanding of AWS Cloud Architecture Hands-on experience in automation Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Bash, Shell, or similar)  Nice-to-Have Skills:Knowledge of Python Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure migration Understanding of telephony systems Experience with IVR (Interactive Voice Response) solutions for workforce management  Key Responsibilities:Design and implement scalable AWS cloud solutions Manage and optimize Amazon Connect environments Develop and maintain automation scripts for cloud operations Support cloud infrastructure migration projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues Please note:We are not working on Corp-Corp for this position.We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent applications.
