Become your most extraordinary self with support and development throughout your career.Job Description🔬 What You’ll DoConduct environmental monitoring sampling (viable, non-viable, surface & personnel) across manufacturing and support areasPerform utility sampling on compressed gas systems (including viability, oil content, dew point, and purity)Collect and test water system samplesSupport performance qualifications (PQ) for environmental, utility, and water system📊 Data & QualityComplete accurate data entry and review in line with GMP and lab standardsPerform second person verification (SPV) when requiredHelp ensure data integrity across all electronic systemsMaintain inspection-readiness at all timesLab OperationsExecute routine equipment calibration, qualification, and maintenanceTroubleshoot lab equipment and methods as neededAssist with training team membersUse systems like GMARS (preferred experience)Compliance & Continuous ImprovementFollow cGMP requirements and identify/report non-conformancesRecognize deviations and support investigationsNotify management when necessary based on proceduresContribute to Lean / continuous improvement initiativesSafety & Team CultureWork safely and support all HSE goalsHelp maintain a safe, compliant lab environmentProactively identify and share ideas to improve daily workQualifications✅ What We’re Looking For🎓 Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in a science-related field1+ years of Environmental Monitoring experience💻 Skills & StrengthsStrong computer, lab, and organizational skillsDetail-oriented with ability to multitask and follow proceduresQuick learner with strong record-keeping accuracy🤝 Work StyleEffective communication across teamsSelf-motivated, flexible, and team-orientedCommitted to quality, productivity, and continuous improvement📌 RequirementMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipCandidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lebanon, Indiana are encouraged to apply.Additional InformationThe position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 7-3:30pm or 2pm-10:30pm.May be requested to work on weekends, overtime, and holidays based on business needs.Excellent full-time benefits, including comprehensive medical coverage, dental, and vision optionsLife and disability insurance401(k) with company matchPaid vacation and holidaysLinkedIn: Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is a Disabled and Veteran Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
