Join our lean, passionate team and help us redefine what intelligent web scraping looks like.About The Role This role is for someone who doesn’t just manage partnerships but builds them into a core growth engine. You’ll be responsible for identifying high-impact opportunities, closing strategic deals, and scaling partnerships that directly contribute to revenue, data acquisition, and product expansion.You’ll work closely with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Sales to turn partnerships into real, measurable outcomes not just announcements.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive partnerships strategy aligned with company growth objectivesIdentify, evaluate, and onboard high-value partners (brands, platforms, agencies, data providers, and strategic tech allies)Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partnersLead negotiations for partnership agreements, including commercial terms and contract structuresCollaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to maximize partnership outcomesOversee execution of partnerships to ensure performance targets are metTrack, analyze, and report partnership performance (revenue, ROI, data acquisition, user growth, etc.)Establish frameworks, processes, and SOPs for scalable partnership management in a fast-growing startup environmentBuild, mentor, and lead the partnerships team as the function scalesRequirements3–5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliancesExperience working in a tech startup environment (preferably data, scraping, SaaS, or growth-tech related)Proven experience leading or mentoring a team in a fast-paced startup settingStrong track record of driving revenue, data acquisition, or growth through partnershipsStrong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExperience working cross-functionally with technical teams (Engineering/Product)Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities (hands-on approach)Ability to manage multiple partnerships and priorities simultaneouslyFluent in English (written and spoken)Preferred QualificationsExperience in web scraping, data infrastructure, anti-bot ecosystem, or similar technical domainsExperience managing partnerships in the US marketExisting network in tech, data, SaaS, or growth/marketing ecosystemExperience scaling partnership programs from early-stage to growth stageStrong understanding of APIs, data products, or technical integrationsLeadership experience building and scaling teams
