Veterinary Associate Medical Affairs Manager

ResponsibilitiesServe as the internal point of contact for cross‑functional activities involving veterinary thought leaders and academic partners, supporting commercial, corporate affairs, and innovation teamsBuild, cultivate, and manage relationships with veterinarians, veterinary technicians, researchers, and other industry experts while coordinating advisory boards, speaker programs, and scientific collaborationsPartner with commercial medical and product teams to develop and deliver veterinary education programs, ensuring all content is accurate, balanced, and compliant across CE events, webinars, and speaker engagementsOversee agreements, tailor engagement strategies, and maintain ongoing communication to keep experts informed of current research and product developmentsRepresent the company at conferences and industry events while supporting strategic communication, educational initiatives, and expert‑driven content integrationQualificationsDVM or VMD strongly preferred; a credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT/RVT/LVT) with a bachelor’s degree may also be consideredMinimum of 5 years of experience in the animal‑health industryProven ability to network, collaborate, and build relationships with veterinary thought leaders and academic partnersStrong interpersonal, written, and public‑speaking skills, with working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeWillingness to travel overnight as needed, up to approximately 25%
