This role provides administrative coordination, document management, and project tracking support across multiple active development projects.The position includes limited substantive legal work under supervision (such as drafting and sending notice letters), and provides administrative support to our permitting efforts, executive leadership, and accounting team when needed.This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional seeking exposure to commercial real estate development and in-house legal operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLegal SupportProvide administrative support to in-house legal counsel.Draft, format, and send routine legal correspondence and notice letters under supervision.Maintain organized electronic and physical legal files.Track key contract dates, option periods, lease milestones, renewals, and deliverables.Assist with the preparation of due diligence packages, closing checklists, contract exhibits, and execution packages.Support internal reporting and status updates on active legal matters.Real Estate & Permitting SupportSupport project tracking across multiple development projects.Maintain project logs, milestone calendars, and internal tracking spreadsheets.Assist the Permitting Coordinator with organizing submissions, approvals, and consultant documentation.Help compile permitting application packages and related project materials.Organize and index incoming documents from municipalities, consultants, and partners.Executive & Cross-Functional SupportProvide administrative assistance to the CEO related to business development initiatives.Assist accounting with document organization, invoice tracking, and internal coordination.Support scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow-up communications as needed.QualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree preferred in:BusinessReal EstateLawAccountingFinanceCivil Engineering(or related field)Experience0–3 years of experience in legal support, real estate, development administration, project coordination, or a similar field preferred. Paralegal certifcate is a plus.SkillsStrong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.High attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.Ideal Candidate ProfileHighly organized and proactive.Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced, growing company environment.Interested in commercial real estate development and legal processes.Self-starter who takes ownership of tasks and follows through.
