Electronics Assembly Technician

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps. *The role.* Build NeuralSync DPU modules: precision assembly, cold-plate mounting, torque-controlled fastening, and inline inspection — full training provided. *What you'll do:* * Assemble modules to work instructions and IPC standards * Perform torque, thermal-interface, and connector operations * Complete inline inspection and traceability records * Maintain ESD discipline and station 5S * Flag process issues to engineering *What you'll bring:* * 3+ years in electronics manufacturing, test, or lab operations * Able to work to ESD, IPC-A-610, and traceability standards (training provided) * Careful documentation habits and quality-first mindset * High school diploma or GED; electronics training or military experience valued _Full training provided — no prior industry experience required._ Alignment Engine Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
