***For immediate consideration, please message Ali Ferber (Scott) on LinkedIn with your updated resume***Functional Role: Systems Network Administrator Location: Santa Barbara OR Ventura, CA *hybrid 2x/ a week*Salary: $100,000-125,000 + bonusBenefits: Yes, MDV 401k 5+ years of hands-on experience in systems engineering and network administration, preferably within an MSP or multi-tenant environment.Strong expertise in:Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, Group PolicyNetworking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing protocols, firewall configuration)Virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)Cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365; AWS experience a plus)Experience with security frameworks and best practices (Zero Trust, least privilege, patch management).Proficiency with RMM/PSA tools and ticketing systems (e.g., ConnectWise, Autotask, Kaseya, NinjaOne).Working knowledge of backup solutions (Veeam, Datto, etc.) and disaster recovery planning.Scripting/automation experience (PowerShell strongly preferred).Ability to manage multiple client environments and competing priorities in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment.
