This role is designed as an individual contributor position with a clear growth path into a Software Development Manager role within approximately 2 years.You will work closely with a team of 12 engineers, contributing to the development of advanced software systems that control robotics and automated equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain software for robotics and automated machineryBuild and optimize object-oriented applications using Java or similar technologiesDevelop control systems for robotics, automation, or complex equipmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams in a highly interactive environmentParticipate in system architecture, design, and code reviewsContribute to continuous improvement and innovation in automation technologiesRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong programming skills in Java or other object-oriented languages (Python, C++, C#)Hands-on experience in robotics, automation, or machinery control systemsSolid understanding of object-oriented design principlesExperience developing software for equipment/device control systemsAbility to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environmentQualificationsBachelor’s degree in software engineering, IT, or related field5+ years of relevant experience (up to 30 years considered)Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
