Configure MID Servers, data sources, and API connections.6. Create custom dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics indicators for KPIs and trends.7. Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and ITSM processes.8. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).9. ServiceNow HRSD Implementation SpecialistRoles & Responsibilities1. CMDB & CSDM alignment b. Develop workflows, Flow Designer flows, catalog items, and record producersc. Implement SLAs, notifications, approvals, and automation3. ITOM Development & Configuration:a. Implement and customize ITOM modules including:i. Discoveryii. Service Mappingiii. Event Managementiv. Operational Intelligence (AIOps)v. Cloud Discovery (AWS, Azure, GCP)b.
