Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - New Braunfels, TX

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to provide support to middle school students in grades 6-8 at two campuses within the San Antonio, TX area. This temporary contract role covers a maternity leave assignment from April 1, 2026, through May 22, 2026, working approximately 37.5 hours per week in an itinerant capacity between two middle schools.Key Responsibilities:Deliver speech-language therapy services to approximately 100 students across two campuses.Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress for middle school-aged students.Collaborate with educators, parents, and other school staff to support student communication goals.Maintain detailed and timely documentation in compliance with district and professional standards.Qualifications and Experience:Current professional license as a Speech Language Pathologist (CCC required).Ability to pass required background checks and fingerprinting.Strong communication skills and flexibility to manage caseload across multiple schools.Experience working with middle school students is preferred.Availability for an internal prescreen interview to assess suitability.Location:This role requires on-site presence within San Antonio-area middle schools, with itinerant responsibilities between the two assigned campuses.Benefits:Opportunity to serve a diverse student population in a supportive educational environment.Gain valuable experience in school-based speech therapy.Support provided by an experienced account management team throughout the assignment.
