Spectrum in Charlotte, NC is seeking an instructional designer to design, develop, and elevate employee training programs. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver impactful content and align learning objectives with business goals.
You will create high-quality materials, review and revise content based on stakeholder feedback, and lead trainer sessions both in person and virtually, driving continuous improvement across Spectrum.
