Litigation Associate (Temporary)

Innovative Driven is currently seeking a dynamic and professional attorney to assist the team of litigators at one of our most forward-thinking and collaborative NYC-based boutique law firm clients!The firm is widely respected for its footprint in the entertainment industry, and their litigation team regularly handles complex matters relating to employment and contractual disputes, intellectual property, and entertainment-related specifics.The remote position is expected to be 20-40 hours a week, ongoing, on an hourly basis.DUTIES:Draft and review litigation and arbitration related documents/filingsDraft demand lettersHandle assigned complex cases, start-to-finish, including case research and drafting motionsBrief writingAssist with the discovery process for assigned casesREQUIREMENTS:Active NY Bar4+ years of complex, commercial litigation experience
