Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic food service team. Experience with POS systems, food safety standards, and hospitality best practices is highly valued. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS systems Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and maintaining sanitation standards Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and specials to assist guests effectively Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance Ability to handle food safely and responsibly during service Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Join our team to provide outstanding service in a vibrant setting where your hospitality skills can shine!
