Please find details for this position below:Title- GenAI Agentic EngineerDuration- 6 months Location- Concord CA - 3 days onsite per weekKey Responsibilities:Develop and integrate LLM-based solutions and RAG pipelines.Build agentic workflows and automation for multi-step processes.Leverage vector databases to optimize knowledge retrieval.Contribute to microservices and streaming architectures.Rapidly adapt to new tools and produce production-ready AI systems.Required Skills:Proficient in Python for AI/ML development.Hands-on experience with GenAI / LLM platforms (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.).Knowledge of vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).Experience with agent orchestration, microservices, and streaming pipelines.Ability to learn quickly and operate in short-term, high-impact projects.Experience in regulated/financial environments preferred. “Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans.”
