Supplier Quality Engineer

2nd shift.Training will occur on 1st shift for the first few weeks.Shift: SecondStart Time: 2:00 PMEnd Time: 10:30 PMJob Description:Leads integration of contractual and Client Quality Management System requirements into all aspects of proposals and program processes and documentation. Provides interpretation of complex requirements. Develops quality metrics, design and production certification plans for large programs to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements. Qualifications:Education: prefer engineering degree, but not required if the background is rightExperience:Minimum 5+ years in aerospace, fabrication, or production/manufacturing environments.5+ years performing quantitative/statistical analysis, data collection, interpretation.5+ years working with processes and procedures following compliance requirements5+ years working with and handling Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
