Job DescriptionJohnson Service Group is looking for multiple Assemblers to work for one of our Clients in Milpitas. This position will be working for a contract manufacturing company. Looking for Assemblers with mechanical assembly experience for Day Shift.Responsibilities:Crimping, wire stripping, cablingRework/repair of customer productsUse of power/hand tools such as Torque driver.May work under microscope when required.Experience assembling to medical standards a plusRequirements:Able to strip and crimp wiresAble to read and understand schematic drawings, color code and components IDBoard level mechanical and system level assembly experienceManual dexterity skills, mechanical assembly, (hardware, screws, washers, etc.)Ability to communicate and follow the manufacturing process Instruction.Experience of Mechanical Assembly, electronic sub-assemblies & system integration a plusExperience and knowledge of Box Build, electronic sub-assemblies & system integrationBe able to lift 15-30 pounds.Assembly experience with PCB'sSoldering experience, a plusTouch up and Re-work Thru Hole and SMT boards a plusProficient with PC-based software including SAP and Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate to Basic knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel.Knowledge of ISO procedures and the ability to maintain quality records and execute ISO activitiesRate starting at $19.00, contract to hire Johnson Service Group (JSG) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
