If you have a passion for creating meals that "wow," we want to hear from you.Duties and Responsibilities:Prepare food and present it in an appealing mannerSet up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipmentFollow instructions to create and package high quality, healthy Mediterranean foods and dipsWork well with others and share tasks with other team membersMaintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessaryFollow all food safety regulationsParticipate in daily kitchen opening and closing proceduresPerforms other duties as assigned by the head chef or managementQualifications:Previous experience in a similar role is preferredServeSafe or Food Handler's CertificationKnowledge of culinary techniques and recipesAbility to remain calm and thrive under pressureExcellent time management skillsAbility to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 poundsGood knife skillsAbility to follow recipes and understand and follow directions
