Software Engineer (Quantum/Quantum-Classic computing for post tokenization intelligence)
Company Description NeurusAGi is building the first civilization-grade Artificial General Intelligence system based on Post-Tokenization Intelligence. Led by founder Jeremy Taylor, a USMC war veteran and industrial strategist, the company designs dual-use cognitive architectures grounded in quantum-native frameworks. Its core technology, the Living Neural Network (LNN), is a 10-lobe distributed cognitive system engineered for actionable task execution and causal modeling at extreme scale. The architecture enables infinite context, multi-stage accuracy, zero-shot discovery, and dynamic reasoning without reliance on massive datasets or unsustainable compute resources. Headquartered in the Tulsa Metropolitan Area, NeurusAGi focuses on sovereign advanced machine intelligence with ethical alignment and resilience, supported by detailed technical documentation in the NeurusAGi Technical Report and compute graphs.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Software Engineer role based in the Tulsa Metropolitan Area, focused on quantum and quantum-classical computing for post tokenization intelligence. The Software Engineer will design, implement, and optimize software components that integrate quantum-native frameworks with classical systems to support the Living Neural Network and related architectures. Daily responsibilities include developing back-end services, building APIs, writing efficient and reliable production code, and creating tools that enable high-throughput cognitive operations. The role involves collaborating with research, infrastructure, and product teams to translate cognitive models into robust engineering solutions, perform testing and validation, and contribute to performance tuning and scalability efforts. The Software Engineer will also participate in code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of development practices to maintain secure, resilient, and ethically aligned systems.Qualifications Strong foundation in core Computer Science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, and concurrency.Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience building production-grade systems in languages such as Python, C++ (preferred), Rust, or Go.Experience with Back-End Web Development, including API design, microservices, and integration with data and compute infrastructure.Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns, applied to complex and modular architectures.Familiarity with quantum computing or quantum-classical hybrid architectures, .Experience working with high-performance or distributed computing environments, including optimization and profiling of large-scale systems.Comfort with Linux-based development, version control (e.g., Git), continuous integration, and automated testing practices.Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work on-site, collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, communicate clearly, and document complex technical work for diverse stakeholders.
