In this role, the individual will oversee peptide process development activities, lead efforts in scale-up and technology transfer, and ensure compliance with GMP standards. Responsibilities include coordinating research and development initiatives to align with company objectives, managing cross-functional teams, and providing strategic input for peptide-based therapeutics' manufacturing and commercialization.QualificationsExpertise in Processes Development and Technology Transfer for manufacturing scale-up.Strong background in Chemical Engineering and a proven track record in process optimization.Experience in Research and Development (R&D) related to peptides or pharmaceuticals.Thorough understanding of and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.Excellent leadership and team management skills in cross-functional environments.Advanced degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field is preferred.Familiarity with regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical manufacturing is a plus.
