BCBA Assessment Specialist (McDonough, GA) Hybrid
BCBA Assessment SpecialistLevel Ahead ABA is seeking a professional BCBA/LBA who is passionate about conducting thorough and clinically sound initial assessments! We are an in-home provider, working with individuals from age 2-21, currently servicing clients in both the state of Georgia, Nebraska, and New York. Our Assessment Specialists are responsible for conducting intake assessments, compiling data, and creating a comprehensive evaluation to submit to our funding sources for approval. Job Responsibilities Conduct parent interviews along with indirect and direct assessments with clients at the start of authorization process Create comprehensive treatment plans including function-based behavior intervention plans, as well as skill acquisition programs Determine clinical recommendation based on core deficits of autism, funding source requirements, and client’s predicted response to treatment Utilizing Central Reach, complete a comprehensive treatment plan and behavior plan for the incoming supervising BCBA Maintain small ongoing caseload through client supervision Coordinate treatment with other members of client's team Qualifications Current BCBA certification and GA state licensure Demonstrated skill and experience implementing ABA therapy with individuals with autism Familiarity with a variety of clinical assessments such as the Vineland, PDDBI, VB-Mapp, ABBLS, AFFL's, Essentials for Living, Socially Savvy, etc. Strong clinical skills; ability to assess and pair with clients of all ages and abilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to establish supportive and communicative relationships with clients and caregivers Ability to multitask with a strong adherence to deadlines Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly Access to reliable transportation, ability to travel Experience with LEARN Module in Central Reach Reports to: Clinical Operations Manager Compensation and Benefits Competitive rates, commensurate with credentials and experience Competitive salary structured based on experience and billable hours Dental, vision, and life insurance Performance-based bonus incentives 2x per year 401K Flexible schedule Clinical mentorship Opportunities for growth Referral bonuses for qualified RBTs and BCBAs In-house continuing education credits Level Ahead uses Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to help children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) learn and master social and behavioral skills.
