Position: Complex Surgical Coding AuditorDuration: 6 Month contract to permanent placementLocation: Fully RemoteHours: Flexible schedule between 6:00 AM – 8:00 PMRate: $26/hr-$33/hr (depending on experience)Must-Haves:CPC or CCS certificationProfessional Fee (ProFee) coding experience with advanced ICD-10 knowledgeComplex surgical coding experience across multiple specialties (General Surgery, Ortho, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Cardiothoracic, ENT, Urology, etc.)Coding audit experience with the ability to educate, coach, and provide feedback to codersStrong communication skills with a patient, confident, and collaborative approach
